Any return costs are at your own expense.
The condition of the item upon return:
At Healthy Head, we take great care to ensure that the goods sold are untouched for both health protection and hygiene reasons. Therefore, you lose your right of withdrawal if you open or even break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons.
Right of complaint
Your purchase is of course covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can either have a defective product exchanged, get a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of misuse or other damage-causing behavior. Always keep the original packaging so that you do not lose your right to compensation.
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Healthy Head within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs in connection with complaints.
