All our clothes are organically certified with the strictest organic certification GOTS, which stands for Global Organic Textile Standard, which not only ensures that the cotton is of organic origin, but also that all other materials used in production (including colors) must be free of risky chemicals and that production must take place with the least possible environmental impact.
GOTS is not just an environmental standard, it is also a requirement for the social sustainability of garment production, developed together with the International Labor Organization, ILO, and ensures that everyone involved – from the cotton farmer to the factory worker to the packing department – receives a living wage, has safe and non-discriminatory workplaces, has the freedom to organize, and much more.
No matter how much care you take for the environment when producing clothes, it’s always better not to buy new. That’s why all our clothes are produced with durability in mind. For example, our t-shirts are made from high-quality cotton that is pre-washed to minimize shrinkage after washing.
